In order to expand, manage and further structure all of the worldwide maintenance activities within the organization, we are looking for an experienced Director Maintenance (m/f) based in Central Europe. Aufgabengebiet- Schedule and structure all required work as well as maintenance personnel within the maintenance facilities of the providers- Maintain an optimal schedule and workforce relative to the work requirements in the maintenance facilities- Responsible for the compliance with all manufacturer´s recommendations relative to maintenance, preventive maintenance, repair and overhaul of all fleet aircrafts- Conduct negotiations with maintenance providers in order to obtain the best possible allocation of resources while minimizing costs- Ensure that accurate work orders are generated which describes the work scope necessary to maintain the integrity and airworthiness of the fleet- Responsible for successful completion of external quality audits by designated companies- Capable to build-up a maintenance organization if the company decides to do so Anforderungsprofil- Engineering Background with relevant practical experience- Experience as a manager with proven leadership skills in another maintenance organisation, ideally in the aviation sector- Knowledge of legislative matters relating to the safe and airworthy operation and maintenance of aircrafts in compliance with international standards- Fluent in spoken and written English and German knowledge of other languages would be desirable- Flexibility for international travelling- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to think analytically and in concepts - Cost awareness in daily business VergütungspaketMichael Page KontaktWir freuen uns auf Ihre aussagekräftige Bewerbung unter Angabe Ihrer Gehaltsvorstellung und der Referenznummer EMGS136709.
