Tätigkeitsbereich: Position: Praktikant Branche: 70839 The Corporate Sector Research and Advance Engineering is in charge of designing, testing and exploring systems, components and technologies. Our innovations consistently aim to achieve an improvement in the quality of life. Components made of functional materials play a decisive role in many top-selling Bosch-products und -systems. The tasks and duties of our department can be summarized by Innovation through functional materials. They range from application-oriented development of new materials to the production of prototypes in order to verify function and reliability. To support our research activities, our department is looking for highly motivated interns. You will join a team of experienced researchers working in materials development for different topics (lithium ion batteries, solar cells, actuators, turbocharger components, e-engines and thermoelectric generators) as well as related process technologies. Utilize your scientific knowledge and design the materials of the future together with us. Working fields characterisation of functional materials and components computer modelling and simulation of materials component-design through finite-element-methods strong background in one of the following fields materials science, mechanical engineering or physics strong interest / experience in area of simulation or characterisation show initiative & have a systematic way of working show commitment and dedication ability to work independently as well as within a team environment Duration 4 - 6 monthsStarting date according to agreementHave we aroused your interest We look forward to your application!
