The corporate departments develop and support the medium and long-term strategy of the company, promoting sustainable, value-increasing growth.We are expanding our team of the strategic Robert Bosch GmbH User Experience (UX) Initiative and are looking for a highly motivated individual in user-oriented, product-related Industrial Design. Developing product-related industrial designs, from early concepts and prototypes to production-ready solutions in close collaboration with the divisions, research teams, the UX team and external companies Helping to further strengthen the Bosch UX team in UX community building and networking Diploma, or bachelor´s/master´s degree in industrial design or a comparable field of study, ideally with product design as the main focus and with several years´ ( 35 years) work experience in user-centered industrial design, concept development, creation and application of product design languages and guidelines in the areas of consumer goods and/or automotive application High level of proficiency in the 2D and 3D domain by sketching, model making, 2D/3D tools (e.g. Adobe CS, Rhino, Solidworks), photorealistic rendering etc. Excellent know-how in ergonomics, mechanisms and materials. Work experience in a successful industrial design agency and/or experience working in an environment with an industrial client base or comparable experience in a UX team of an established industrial company Ability to solve problems in a pro-active and creative manner and work under time constraints on several tasks and projects simultaneously, as well as a marked ability to work in cross-functional teams Well-organized with outstanding analytical and conceptual skills, interested in innovative solutions and a high level of motivation to develop ideas from paper to production. High level of English language proficiency required
