The corporate departments develop and support the medium and long-term strategy of the company, promoting sustainable, value-increasing growth.We are expanding our team of the strategic Robert Bosch GmbH User Experience (UX) Initiative and are looking for a highly motivated individual who can manage and drive change within our operative business divisions by applying a user centred design process to existing engineering processes. Support of our business units in the course of introducing a user-centred design process Lead of strategy-, organization- and process management projects Contributing to the improvement of the user experience of products in the entire BOSCH GroupYour tasks will comprise the conception, development and conduction of consulting projects with the focus on change management in the field of user-centered design Engineering studies (University, FH or equivalent) plus MBA Experience with engineering processes Operative project experience Minimum of 3 years working experience Distinctive communication and presentation skills, customer oriented and self-confident Very good German and English language skills Working experience in the area of User Experience / Usability / HMI/ User Centred Design (preferred) Ability to solve problems in a pro-active and creative manner and work under time constraints on several tasks and projects simultaneously, as well as a marked ability to work in cross-functional teams Well-organized with outstanding analytical and conceptual skills
