To ensure the optimisation of the financial performance of sales and marketing for all phases of customer relation, we are looking for a Financial Planning Analyst within an international team. Aufgabengebiet - Responsible for the region central and northern Europe - Responsible for the financial planning with focus on overhead, advertising and promotion (A&P), budgeting reporting and analysis - Prepare and submit detailed overhead budgeting, forecasting and reporting - Consolidate, analyze and report on actual financial results - Support and complete monthly actual submissions - Consolidate and analyze A&P budgeting, forecasting and reporting - Align A&P processes based on benchmarking - Develop project structure of advertising expenditure in cooperation with the marketing teams - Participate in ad hoc analysis and project work (e.g. lead continuous improvement of overhead and A&P processes based on benchmarking to drive best practices) - Responsible for financial planning with focus on planning/forecasting and reporting of sales and profit and loss (P&L) analysis - Prepare and submit consolidated budgeting, forecasting and reporting for region, analyze P&L - Support, analyze and report on actual financial results - Responsible for ongoing sales and P&L analysis for regional and individual entities - Support leadership team, divisions and markets with various presentations, reportings and analysis - Participate in project work, e.g. alignment of processes/reporting with other European finance teams or lead continuous improvement of processes across region Anforderungsprofil - University degree in business economics or similar area, an emphasis on finance is an asset - At least 2 years experience in a finance related position - General understanding of US GAAP accounting - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and to work independently - Strong analytical and communication skills - Ability to work in a team - Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Hyperion - Knowledge of Essbase applications is an asset - Fluent in English Vergütungspaket Our client can offer a responsible position with competitive benefits, the opportunity to work independently and a pleasant work atmosphere that is team-oriented.
