| (09.07.2008) (ots) - ANSMANN AG is recalling some of the babyphones from their model Paris. The quality control department of the company have identified the following potential safety issue: Under certain conditions during the reset process, insulation could be damaged and a high voltage part may be exposed. There is absolutely no danger to the child as the transmitter unit is not affected. While there have been no reported incidents, ANSMANN kindly asks their customers to return the affected models. Postage costs will be covered by ANSMANN and an updated babyphone will be sent out immediately free of charge. All models that are without green markings (Packing: above EAN-Code; receiver unit: below EU flip plug) are affected.
