fieldCheck: Locate potential for improvement

The first innovation is relatio's service package fieldCheck. This is an efficient non-proprietary check, which puts photovoltaic plants to acid tests. The service and consultancy bundle offers new opportunities to the operator of a PV plant: Via cleverly devised measurement instrumentation, he receives extensive data of his plant, which was hidden before.

Secondly, relatio presents its new product named fieldLog. This hardware solution is conducive to the failure-free production of PV plants, as fieldLog is responsible for the complete data documentation and control of the park.

While conventional data loggers primarily read and transfer inverter data, fieldLog measures currents in various positions of the system and detects potential losses and failure sources at early stage - equal whether module performances or feed-in to the grid. All data is callable via remote control in real time - in this way, the operator is always informed about his plant.

fieldMonitor 3.0: Plant operation management of the third generation

fieldMonitor 3.0, the brand-new version of the software solution for operation management of PV plants - an operation management control centre with entirely integrated field monitoring - celebrates its third premiere. Multitudinous new features as a ticket system for troubleshooting, the integrated documentation management and the simple connection of external e-Mail and CRM systems make an active and comfortable control instrument for professional plant management.

The plant operator is able to follow up consistently what is going on in his PV plant and when. He is for example able to relate to the announcement of failure messages and check, if the responsible service technician came into action. In this way, he is informed reliably if everything necessary has been executed. Documents and information can be sent directly to the system via e-Mail. fieldMonitor attaches all data corresponding to the ticket, project and operator via a received ticket number - an operation management on the optimal information basis.
